Demolition Dog Guarantee

If you manage to break a a piece of equipment you have ordered through our online store, you will immediately receive a replacement free of charge. You will not be eligible for this guarantee if the damage is caused by your dog chewing on the collar. This guarantee applies for 1 year from the purchase date. Only orders through our online store will be eligible, orders through Amazon Marketplace will not be covered by this guarantee.

Hungry Hound Guarantee

Having a dog that devours everything in their path can be tough. If you lose your order to your dogs menacing teeth,  you can claim a replacement for 25% off the current retail price. This guarantee applies for 3 months from the purchase date. Only orders through our online store will be eligible, orders through Amazon Marketplace will not be covered by this guarantee.

Refunds, Returns & Replacements

If you’re unhappy with what you receive you can return the item for a full refund, we will ask the reason for your return, but this will not effect your eligibilty for the return. If the item has been damaged by you or your dog you may not be eligible for a full refund, refer to the demolition dog guarantee to see if you can claim a replacement. Refer to the faulty equipment section if the item was damaged upon arrival.

Faulty Equipment

During the manufacture of thousands of products there is always the chance that faulty components make their way through our rigorous quality assurance testing and become hidden away within our active stock. If you receive a piece of faulty equipment please contact us for your free replacement and a 10% discount on your next order.
