Terms & Conditions

Kare9 is a business based in the United Kingdom. All our goods are dispatched from the UK and we dispatch to customers in the UK only.

 

Payment & Security

Orders through our website can be paid for by using a debit or credit card via our secure online payment system. Your card details will be entered into a field hosted by Stripe’ Secure PCI DSS compliant servers. Kare9 does not process your payment information, Stripe will notify us about your payment status. We cannot view, change or store any of your credit or debit card details.

Kare9 reserves the right to refuse any orders deemed in breach of copyright. We reserve the right to not process any incorrect or incomplete orders.

 

Shipping & Handling

Your location and the weight and dimensions of the goods you order will affect the cost of postage & packing. If you order multiple items they may be dispatched separately, this will not increase the cost of shipping. All good will be shipped by Amazon.com, Inc.

Postage & Package costs will be displayed to you once your address has been entered into the required fields. All shipping prices will be displayed as accurately as possible based on the information we receive from Amazon.com, Inc. We reserve the right to hold any order where the actual postage & packing cost differs greatly from the online amount charged. In cases like this you will be notified by email of the actual postage & packaging cost, you must then choose to proceed with the order or receive a full refund.

When placing your order you must enter your delivery address accurately. Carefully check each field to make sure the delivery address is entered correctly before proceeding with any payment. Kare9 will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in the delivery address, as well as any goods that are not received due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address.

All goods are dispatched from the UK, estimated delivery date will be displayed once your delivery address has been entered into the appropriate fields.

The standard dispatch time for our products is 24 hours from time of purchase. Please note that dispatch times may vary, Kare9 will not be held responsible for any orders that dispatch later than expected. If an items dispatch date is later than expected we will do our best to notify you and fix what ever issue you may be experiencing.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods you ordered. The goods must also remain in their original unused condition (in a resalable condition within the original packaging and labels still intact) and will need to be returned to an Amazon warehouse, the address of which will be provided once your return request has been accepted. Any goods received that are faulty or damaged will be replaced or refunded in full, the customer is liable for any other returns or exchanges. Kare9 is not responsible for the return postage cost and the refund you receive will exclude the cost of postage & packing if the goods are not faulty or damaged upon reception. In the case that you are returning multiple items the return addresses may differ.

If you need to return or exchange goods you will first need to contact us by email at [email protected]. Your email should contain your order number, the item you need to return or exchange and the reason for doing so. You will then be issued a return address ( or multiple addresses if needed). The goods must be returned to the address(es) provided within 2 weeks of receiving the return approval from support. If a customer wishes to exchange one item for another, the customer will be liable to pay any extra amounts due for the new item chosen, and may also be charged for re-dispatch. Any extra charges will be presented to the customer before proceeding with an exchange.

 

Faulty & Damaged Goods

In the rare event that the goods received happen to be faulty or damaged, please keep the items in their original packaging and contact us by email immediately (within 24 hours of receiving the goods). We will ask for a photo of the damages or a video if the fault/damages are not visible by photo. In some cases, if the fault or damages are unable to be shown by photo or video, you will be given an address to return the goods so that they can be inspected. Keep the goods in their original packaging and contact us for instructions.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched, please note our standard dispatch time is 24 hours from time of purchase, however the dispatch time could be significantly quicker for certain orders. Kare9 is not responsible for orders that need to be cancelled after they have been dispatched regardless of the amount of time passed from the time of purchase.

 

Non-receipt of Goods

Before contacting us about your purchase not being delivered, make sure you check the estimated delivery date and allow time for your goods to be delivered. Some deliveries may arrive a few days after the estimated delivery date. The estimated delivery date is to give you a time frame of when your goods should be delivered by, but is not always accurate. If more than 48 hours have passed from the estimated delivery date you were given, please send us an email informing us of a late arrival and we will guide you from there. We may request that you wait longer for the delivery after checking the status of your order. If you contact us for the first time regarding missing goods 2 weeks past the purchase date your case may not be considered.

Once you have emailed us regarding missing goods, we will first ask you for a confirmation of your delivery address and to check your local post offices, in case your goods are being held there.

Once the above checks have been completed and enough time has passed from the dispatch date Kare9 will request amazon.com, Inc to check the status of your order. Orders are dispatched by and can only be classed as lost by Amazon.com, Inc. Once your order has been confirmed lost, you will be fully reimbursed or offered a free replacement.

Kare9 will not be held responsible for the non-arrival of goods if you have used a third-party of any kind to collect your shipment on your behalf.

 

Coupons

Kare9 store coupons will be given out to subscribers of our newsletter and to customers that have made repeat purchases through our online store.
